Get to know AEGEE Nijmegen
AEGEE (Association des États Généraux des Étudiants de l’Europe or European Students Forum) is the European Student Organisation that promotes integration of students all over Europe. The organisation was founded in 1985 in Paris and has more than 15.000 members and over 180 different antennae’s (local departments of AEGEE) spread over 42 countries.
On a European level AEGEE organises exchanges, member meetings on a European level (Agorae), Summer Universities, conferences and many more activities in Europe. But AEGEE-
Nijmegen is also very active in Nijmegen. Each week there are around 3 activities and a social drink on Tuesday in café van Rijn. Our 12 committees work hard to set up all these different activities for our members.
